Tech Stack:

Addressing complex architectural decisions and technical debt.
Providing guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Documenting coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Staying updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and evaluating their applicability to the team’s work.
Leading code review processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Soft Skills:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to unblock the team and ensure quality standards are met.
Actively participating in the development of frontend features and functionalities (Balancing hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities).
Collaborating with the team to design and implement new user interface components.
Identify bottlenecks or external dependencies (from partner downtimes to analyzing their website layout).
Navigating communication and collaboration issues within the team and with other departments.
Determine and manage priorities, deadlines for different work streams.
Identifying opportunities to improve team processes, efficiency, and quality, and advocating for changes that improve overall team productivity.
Designing and continuously improving the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new team members.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Experience of 3+ years in Team\Tech Lead role.
Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience in realization of architectural solutions.

We've structured our staff into cross-functional teams, each dedicated to a specific product. These teams typically consist of 8-12 members, including front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is guided by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear direction.
Right now, our total team size is around 180 people, with a distributed development team located across multiple countries. Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.
